It is with great regret due to illness, Goldenhorse are no longer joining OPSHOP on their Theatre Tour. Opshop will, however, still be joined by the wonderfully talented singer/songwriter Luke Thompson.

Opshop have had amazing success since bursting onto the scene with their platinum debut album ‘You Are Here’ and with their follow up album ‘Second Hand Planet’ going one step further, recently reaching
double platinum status and still gracing the NZ Music charts one year after release.

Celebrating this huge success, Opshop are pleased to confirm their 18 date ‘Big Energy In A Can Tour’ throughout New Zealand.

Each venue will have a Telecom Drop Zone for canned food donations which will be donated to the Salvation Army food banks.

“We (Opshop) believe passionately that we want to make a tangible difference in communities throughout NZ, and with the help of the Salvation Army food banks nationwide, we are able to provide an easy mechanism to facilitate this. Its simple, pull a can of food out of the cupboard and throw it in the Telecom Drop Zone when you arrive at the gig.
