bFm Presents Little Bushman vs Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra.
The Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra join with one of New Zealand's most talented and creative rock bands, Little Bushman.
The evening will see the band perform songs from their two critically acclaimed albums Onus of Sand and Pendulum with a full orchestra, scored by acclaimed composer John Psathas. Psathas has worked with a plethora of artists and his collaboration between modern day prog rockers Little Bushman is one of his most exciting to date.
The concert has been in the planning for over a year, and the APO is honoured to be involved in the collaboration. "Warren is such an important figure in New Zealand music and has a background that encompasses so many genres," says APO CEO Barbara Glaser. "Their music is also so expansive that the potential for orchestration is huge and that is incredibly exciting for us."
