The ASB Showgrounds will be transformed into a showcase for healthy living featuring the very latest in free-from foods, allergy friendly home products, sensitive body products and education from New Zealand's preeminent specialists.
The Gltuen Free Food and Allergy Show holds over 80 brands under one roof creating a one stop shop for products and specialist advice.
Many of the featured products available include those free-from: gluten, peanuts, dairy, wheat, chemicals, eggs and sugar.
Children 12 and under enter free of charge.
