We invite you to join us as we celebrate the third annual Great Lake Medieval Festival.
Exciting medieval action for all the family!
A tournament was once the time of greatest display, when knights came from all across the land to partake in games of honour and chivalry. Men and women wore their finest and the time was one of celebration.
The Great Lake Festival recreates that occasion. We bring the finest knights from New Zealand and the World together for one weekend in the Magical City of Taupo. Three days of Knights jousting, Men at Arms clashing, stalls, feasts, music, dancing and celebration.
Come on in and join the fun. We particularly welcome visitors in costume, as this adds to the flavour of the event.
