Fully furnished marquee 3m x 3m on the home straight for a great up-close look at the racing. Each marquee caters up to 10 people & can be joined together to cater for more.

Package includes:

1) 3m x 3m marquee

2) Table and 10 chairs

3) Course admission for all guests

4) Racebooks for guests on entry

5) Kiwi Christmas BBQ lunch - fresh baked breads, cold meat deli platter, tossed green salad, cheeseboard, chefs selection of cakes and slices, cutlery, plates and napkins provided all delivered to your site.

6)Standard Beverage Package - 18 Tui, 12 Speights Gold, 6 Amstel light, 2 bottles Lindauer Brut, 2 bottles Montana Sauvignon Blanc, 2 x 1 litre bottles orange juice, 2 x 1.5 litre bottles water, 12 assorted cans soft drink, plastic glasses and an ice tub or upgrade to premium beverage pack for additional $40.

Your own private marquee, 40 - 200 people

1) Furniture, TVs, and tote access

2) Outside there are tables, umbrellas, fencing for you and your guests

3) Superb buffet luncheon, desserts, tea and coffee from $25pp which includes - Chefs carvery roast beef with horseradish and gravy, roasted chicken with sweet chili yoghurt sauce or mushroom and herb sauce, crumbed fish fillets with tartare sauce and lemon, garden minted potatoes or roast potatoes plus three other seasonal vegetables, fresh tossed garden salad plus two other salads, dinner rolls and dessert including fresh fruit salad, chocolate eclairs, pavlova, cheesecake, ice cream etc, and tea and coffee.
