The thrill and excitement of The New Zealand Herald Christmas Carnival is a long-standing highlight of the Auckland social calendar and New Year's Day has the best horses, prestigious races and family entertainment!

For a New Year's Day celebration, enjoy a traditional kiwi BBQ with family and friends on the Alfresco BBQ Lawn or, enjoy the free children's entertainment in the Classic Hits Infield and cheer on your favourite mascot in Radio Sport's Mascot Dash for Cash!

The Classic Hits Infield $10.00 pp (children under 15 free).
The place to park the car and enjoy a true kiwi picnic with family and friends! Totes, toilet facilites and free children's entertainment will be provided.
