2008 is the new Year of the Rat according to the Chinese zodiac. Bring all the family along to Albert Park to celebrate the Chinese New Year in style with three magical nights of lanterns, non-stop entertainment and delicious food stalls. Highlights include visiting performers from China, and a host of beautiful new lanterns specially imported from China. The eighth annual Auckland Lantern Festival is organised by Asia New Zealand Foundation in partnership with Auckland City Council. Our principal sponsor is HSBC.
