People of all abilities can participate in the trail runs and walks.
The XTERRA Trail Challenge is an event for runners and walkers that celebrates those that have seen the light and have chosen positive health as part of their lifestyle.
For the more competitive among us, there is also the chance to qualify in your age group for the World Trail Running Champs in Hawaii 2009.
Distances include; 5km, 11km and 20km
