This is the third event of the series but you can enter if you have not already taken part in the fun of the first two! Join in and experience the thrill of being at the start line then crossing the finish. Any woman of any age or fitness ability can do it.
The distances for this event are:
Triathlon - swim 250metres - bike 20km - run 5km or walk 2.5km
Duathlon - run 1km or walk 500metres - bike 20km - run 5km or walk 2.5km
You can either enter the run section or walk section then we put you in 10 year age groups.
Enter now as your start time is determined by the order your entry is recieved.
There are spot and placing prizes plus entertainment and other competitions for your supporters and family!
