Fur Patrol are coming to Dux de Lux . . . this is a must see!

Hailing from Wellington, New Zealand: two thirds residing in Melbourne, Australia; one third in Wellington again.

Fur Patrol have released two albums and two EPs in Australasia since forming in 1996. Their new album, Local Kid, is due for release later this year with first single, Great Leap Forward, currently at radio in Aotearoa.

My greatest leap forward in life has been moving to New Zealand, meeting my husband and having our children... it has given my life meaning to fall in love and create new little lives, and made me realise how beautiful life can truly be. Being a Mum and being a Wife has made me grow into somebody that I can say I am PROUD to be, and I love my life more than I ever thought possible - a huge leap forward from being the girl who thought there was no reason to live at all.
