Ascension Wine Estate owners Darryl and Bridget Soljan invite you to spend an evening with Croatian Chef Predrag Jankovic who will serve a special buffet based on the foods of his homeland.
Combining a passion for food with the traditions of Dalmatia, Istria and Slavonia and drawing on influences from Hungary, Italy, Greece, Russia, Germany and the Middle East, Predrag will take you on a gastronomic tour of his home which is also the stunning country where our family began.
The evening is fully seated at your own table and will feature traditional live music by international guitarist Grete Fischer.
