Bomb Gone! The Navy and Nuclear Testing in the Pacific

The RNZN moved from a position of witness to one of protest regarding nuclear testing in the Pacific.

This exhibition covers the Cold War period of nuclear proliferation and the developing local nuclear history protest movement.

An historian will be at the gallery from 10.00am - 12.00pm Tuesday and Wednesday, to answer questions throughout the exhibition.

Arthur Venus, veteran of the Christmas Island tests will speak to the public from 10.00am - 11.00am on 3 September at the gallery.

Gerry Wright, veteran of the tests at Christmas Island and Mururoa will speak on 4 September, 10.00am - 11.00am in the gallery.
