Westpac Halberg Celebrity Sporting Function

This year’s Westpac Halberg Celebrity Sporting Lunch hosted by the Halberg Trust will be a very special occasion.

The Halberg Trust invites you to join us at this year’s annual Westpac Halberg Celebrity Sporting Lunch. This year the Trust wishes to celebrate the success of the 1978 Cricket Test Team who beat England at Wellington’s Basin Reserve in February 1978 by inviting them to be special guests at the Auckland lunch.

Members of the team to be at the luncheon are Robert Anderson, Mark Burgess, Ewen Chatfield, Richard Collinge, Bevan Congdon, Dayle Hadlee, Warren Lees, John Parker and John Wright and John Reid will also be attending as selector of the team.

The funds raised will support the work of the Halberg Trust in the Auckland region in linking young people with a disability to sport and active leisure.
