‘Emperic’ is being presented by The Digital Darkroom in conjunction with the Auckland University of Technology School of Art and Design.

Six final year Bachelor of Design students have collaborated to present an exhibition of photography focusing on the processes of exploration, experimentation, innovation and creative risk taking.

The exhibition is being curated by King Tong Ho (affectionately known as ‘KT’), a Senior Lecturer at AUT.

KT is a founder member of HKIPP (Hong Kong Institute of Professional Photographers, and a member of HKDA (Hong Kong Designers Association.

His interests in digital aesthetics, theory and practice on still imaging, digital ink jet printmaking technology and photography provide KT with the appropriate skills and passion to curate an exhibition totally aligned to the style and quality normally expected from The Digital Darkroom.

All pieces in the exhibition have been printed by The Digital Darkroom and will be available for sale.
