Blockbuster Bonanza at Capital E

Prepare to discover the real magic of the movies in an awesome, action-packed and critically acclaimed film starring . . . you! Be chased by a fire-breathing dragon, take a death-defying leap across the mouth of a volcano, scale a sheer ice mountain or be a MTV rock star!

Step into the amazing world of special effects and star in your own action-packed ‘mini-movie’ when the popular exhibition Special FX: secrets behind the screen opens at Capital E.

Special FX is a thrilling interactive exhibition that puts you in the heart of the action using the same visual and special effects technology applied in Hollywood’s biggest movie blockbusters.

Kids under two years old free.
$7 for a VHS or $15 for a DVD to take home of your own mini movie.

To enhance your Special FX experience we have created a whole range of new and exciting April School Holiday workshops giving you the unique opportunity of first hand experiences from the film and television world. There is something for everyone in this mixture of one and three day workshops, so book early so as to avoid disappointment.
