Tim Beveridge - Come Fly With Me

New Zealand's answer to Frank Sinatra, Tim Beveridge joins music legend Russ Garcia, TV star Sarah Bradley and the fabulous 17-piece Neophonic Jazz Orchestra to present one very special evening of jazz at Wellington's Michael Fowler Centre.

Tim -- the youngest performer ever to play the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera - is rapidly carving out his own unique style himself as NZ’s leading singer of the American song book in the tradition of Tony Bennett and Frank Sinatra. Together with the brilliant cast he has assembled, September 15 at the Michael Fowler Centre -- is a night not to be missed.

This special 90-minute concert, sponsored by Mazda, will include jazz classics/favourites such as Mack the Knife, Come Fly with Me, New York new York, The Girl From Ipanema, Come Rain Come Shine, It Had to Be You and I’ve Got you Under My Skin. It will also include Garcia’s classic arrangement of Summertime as recorded by Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald.
