This is the 15th year of The Contours Women's Triathlon & Duathlon Series. It is unique as you choose the event - triathlon or duathlon, then enter either the run or walk section, then your 10 year age group (eg: 40-49yr). The series encouranges and supports all women of all ages and abilities to experience the fun of triathlon or duathlon and the achievment of crossing the finish line.

This is the 1st event of a 3 event series that introduces women of all ages and abilities to the fun of triathlon & duathlon. Each of the events are achievable and event 2 (4th Nov) & 3 (2nd Dec) increase in distance to give a challange. You do not have to take part in all 3 events.
