Whangarei Garden Discovery is a 3 day festival of gardens art and food, held every second year.
We aim to raise awareness of our lovely subtropical district and to raise funds for local charities.
We invite you to discover the subtropical delights of the Whangarei district by exploring our selection of 30 gardens, ranging from inner city patches to country yards and coastal gardens. Within the gardens will be exhibited some of the finest examples of works by local artists.
Whangarei Quarry Gardens will again be our Headquarters and will hold an exhibition of outdoor sculpture.
