Michael Hill NZ Open

Rated as one of the best golf courses ever built in New Zealand, The Hills will offer spectacular scenery and a challenging test of golf for the world's best players.

New Zealand's richest sporting event with prize money on offer of $1,500,000NZD will ensure a world class field. The event is co-sanctioned by The PGA European Tour and PGA Tour of Australasia.

The action starts on 28th November with Pro-Am Day where the top ranked 60 professional players will partner invited amateur guests for 18 holes across the morning and afternoon.

Thursday and Friday's action begins as 156 players negotiate their way around The Hills, a challenging brand new Championship golf course. A Cut will be made on Friday evening, when the top 65 players and ties will contest the weekend's action. Saturday and Sunday's play will begin around 8am, concluding around 6pm on the 18th Green.

Whilst on course, you will be entertained by not only great golf, but by the amazing views the course has to offer. The course design has allowed spectators the opportunity to witness numerous holes from the one location. A Main Street Village will be created in the centre of the golf course with all public facilities, such as food, beverages and merchandise.
