NZ International Comedy Festival

‘Being Brown’ is the story of four young Polynesian men who come together one night and reminisce on growing up in South Auckland. It addresses the real problems of an emerging generation without land and language, combined with the real life humour that is our Pacific People. It is a story of enduring loyalty, fighting stereotypes and friendship against the odds. It is about the burden and the blessing of ‘Being Brown’.
