Performing in a sumptuous Victorian Parlour, created especially for the 'Alfred, Mabel & Charles - from Hills Hats to Waiata Poi' exhibition, Donald Maurice, Anna Dawson (violas) and David Vine (piano) present works by Alfred Hill, New Zealand's first professional composer. Includes "Maori" Concerto 1910 (arr. Viadulich) and Sonata Movement in B minor 1891.
