His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet will speak for one hour at the TSB Bank Arena from 1pm – 2pm on Tuesday June 19th 2007.
The talk is entitled “A Human Approach to World Peace” and will appeal to a wide audience as His Holiness is revered throughout the world for his views on non violence, universal compassion and altruism. Awarded the Nobel peace Prize in 1989 the Dalai Lama is loved and respected internationally as a man of peace, as a scholar and as a spokesman with a message of kindness, compassion and universal responsibility.
His Holiness is renowned for his infectious enthusiasm and his spontaneous and joyful sense of humour.
