The Montana Poetry Slam is a performance poetry tournament. Join us for a night of kick-ass poetic style as the best poets in Auckland battle it out for a total of over $400 in prizes. Slammistress Renee will once again crack her whip and high heels over proceedings, and woe betide any poets who don't stick to the three-minute time limit.

Welcoming Auckland's premier performance poetry band The Literatti - this is poetry as you've never heard it before, multiple poetic voices in a blend of theatre, breathtaking poetic imagery and music, this act will blow your mind.

Auditions for competitors will be held the weekend prior, venue and time to be announced.
