The Molenberg SUB Stride or Ride Series is Sarah Ulmer's nationwide series open to everyday women from 16 yrs +, to encourage women to get active by walking, running or riding a bike. Molenberg and Sarah Ulmer share a similar philosophy - to inspire women to enjoy active and healthy lifestyles. The Series is an extension of Sarah Ulmer's previous event series - SUB Ride.
The 2006-07 Molenberg SUB Stride or Ride Series will include the following course options;
5km Walk and Run
10km Walk and Run
15km Cycle
35km Cycle
65km Cycle
The Series dates and venues are as follows;
Lake Karapiro, Cambridge November 12
Alana Estate, Martinborough January 14
Spencer Park, Christchurch January 21
Clevedon Show Grounds, Auckland February 11
Iona College, Havelock North March 4
