The story follows a friendship that will change the course of rock history forever as two friends, Gass and Black, undertake a quest to find the guitar pick of magical lore that will secure their rock and roll fame and glory.

A movie starring Gass and Black isn’t whole without a Tenacious D soundtrack. Produced by the Dust Brothers’ John King, the album features Meatloaf, Dave Grohl and Ronnie James Dio. The Pick of Destiny promises to be epic and builds upon the hard-rocking genius presented on the duo’s debut album.
