Anika Moa - In Swings Anika

From releasing her most critically acclaimed album yet, Anika Moa will be performing throughout Aotearoa this December.

In Swings The Tide is Anika’s latest release which brings a country flavour to her pop sensibilities and is her first ever self-produced album. The albums’ first single “Dreams in My Head” is currently the number one New Zealand track on radio and is a testament to Anika’s undeniable song writing and vocal talents.

After rave reviews and a huge audience response from her recent support of Ryan Adams, Anika knows how to woo and capture a crowd. Her live shows are a myriad of beautiful melodies, amazing musicianship and cheeky grins - seeing Anika live is where she oozes her unique character. Joining her on stage is the incredible talent of Nick Gaffney on drums and Chip Matthews.

Anika will be supported by the folk talents of singer songwriter Age Pryor. Age Pryor, well known for his contribution to Fly My Pretties has just released his third solo album Shanks Pony, where single “I Don’t Want” was on the hit movie Eagle vs Shark.
