November Zulu will release their anticipated debut single and video "Deceit" with a release party at Shadows Bar on Friday 31st August. Formed in 2006 and having won the Auckland Battle of the Bands within two months, the band have stated their intentions in style & are fast gaining a reputation for livewire performances to packed out venues.
November Zulu's multicultural influence is clear with Burmese twins Ronald and Donald cranking their guitars through Kiwi boys Geordie and Quirke, all backed up by the Tongan power of Mike on drums. By no means cut from the same cloth, the same can be said of the sound these boys generate - a blend of melodic hard-rock not seen on these shores before.
Supported by special guests Redline and These Four Walls, November Zulu promise a powerful and outrageously energetic show.
Limited copies of "Deceit", their first single/video will be available at the gig. Get down there early - if recent sold out performances are any indication the venue will fill fast.
