Gourmet Experience Hawke's Bay is a unique food show in the heart of the province where it is all grown. The emphasis is on the experience with 70 exhibitors showcasing and selling their produce including:
Beef, lamb, venison, processed meats, gourmet pies, bread, wine, oils, safron, cheeses, sweets, pavlovas, crepes, aromatic sauces & rubs, preserves, kitchen equipment, catering services, BBQs, coffee, tea.

Celebrity chefs will be 'cooking up a storm' from the F & P kitchen.

Demonstrations include vegetable carving, wine appreciation courses and a BBQ cooking competition.
