Pluto

Since their formation in 2001, Pluto have set the standard for rock groups throughout New Zealand and abroad. Their versatility and downright clever song writing has won huge respect from fans and media alike. Continued radio support for songs like ‘Dance Stamina' and ‘Long White Cross' have ensured the bands popularity and cemented Pluto as one of New Zealand's top acts, whilst still being in a league of their own.

In 2005 Pluto released their sophomore album ‘Pipeline Under The Ocean' with a glowing response. The album has now sold close to Double Platinum in NZ which is astounding considering our small population. From ‘Pipeline Under The Ocean' came two exquisite and standout tracks, one being ‘Dance Stamina' and the other being ‘Long White Cross' which rose to massive public attention when it took out the Apra Silver Scroll in 2005 for Song of the Year and a Tui at the NZ Music Awards in 2006 for Single Of the Year - both very notable achievements!

Live, they are just as impressive. A five piece band of the highest musical ability and onstage personality, Pluto are indeed a force to be reckoned with. Accompanying them on all tour dates are hip up and comers Motocade. Best known for singles ‘Bomb Squad' and ‘My Friends', Motocade are sure to up the anti with their blistering live energy.
