Smooth Denver-based foursome The Fray will hit our shores for the first time this year to rock in Auckland.

You may not think you know The Fray, but trust us, you do! Their hit song “Over My Head (Cable Car)” has attracted widespread attention on commercial radio networks and is one of those infectious rock anthems that you just can’t help but sing along to.

The Fray will showcase tunes from their debut album How To Save a Life to audiences this September.

Overseas, The Fray are big news. How To Save a Life shot into the iTunes chart at #2 and landed a spot in The Billboard Top 20. Their first single “Over My Head (Cable Car)” hit top spot on the US Alternative Single Charts and scored a Top Ten place in Billboard’s Hot 100.
