They turned heads with their stellar performances at Edgefest earlier this year, and now the London based duo and friends return to send New Zealand into a spin once again with 2 headline shows.

Mattafix’s first breakthrough single Big City Life reached #1 in the singles chart and hit Gold after its September 2005 release.

Many a true word spoken, and Mattafix became permanent fixtures at the top of the radio and video charts with one of those brilliant career defining songs that raced around the world and was everywhere you tuned.

Marlon Roudette & Preetesh Hirji – combine a multitude of musical genres and create their own. Lifting and mixing music from their cultural backgrounds - Marlon, a childhood spent mostly in St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Preetesh, growing up in London with Indian parents. Also influenced by hip-hop, rock and dance, along with the blues and classical, Mattafix merge all into one big beautiful, diverse, urban sound.

Very special guests at the Auckland show are Sola Rosa whose 2005 album ‘Moves On’ established them as one of New Zealands’s very best.
