Hawke's Bay Show

The 2006 Hawkes Bay Show will be held at the Society's Showground's on the 18th 19th and 20th of October. This is the three days leading up to Labour weekend and encompasses Hawkes Bay Anniversary day on Friday 20th October. The show will feature a myriad of Trade sites selling everything from Tractors to teaspoons.

The outstanding Mahons Amusements - Side shows with something for everyone, top class New Zealand Show-jumping and live stock competitions for sheep, alpacas, and cattle. The children's petting zoo, moved to a new farmyard location in the cattle pens last year will once again offer the children the opportunity to get up close and friendly with a variety of farm animals including lambs, goat kids, miniature cattle, chicks and much, much more.

For the family there is free entertainment which will include Charlie Chicken and his friends and a number of other acts for the young and not so young. There is ample parking on the grounds and the show runs from 8.00 am until 5.00 pm.

Discounted family passes ( 2 adults and 2 children ) and special discounts for senior citizens are available at the gate on all three days. Fun for all - See you at the show
