After Winning the Zonal Premeriships, 8 men and 8 women's teams come together to compete for National honnors within the 3rd Division. there are many up and coming players in this grade, as well as some ex NBL players proving they still have the skill.
This tournament is a Basketball New Zealand event, hosted by Basketball Mid Canterbury.
