Bank of New Zealand Get Organised Auckland is all about sharing and caring – culminating in a massive garage sale of donated items to be held at the Auckland Showgrounds on 17th – 19th November 2006.

It involves Aucklanders sharing those things at home or work that they don’t need any more and as a result providing a lot of caring.

Handle With Care
Bank of New Zealand Get Organised Auckland is a Handle with Care initiative with the overriding aim of reminding Aucklanders of the importance of caring for each other, our families and the people among whom we live.

Get Involved
There are many ways you can join the hundreds of people who have already helped with the Get organised Auckland Event.

You could donate unwanted preloved treasures, volunteer or make a $20 donation by phoning 0900 GET ORG.
All proceeds from cash donations go directly to Preventing Violence in the Home.

The event is free to the public on Sat 18 Nov from 8-4pm and Sun 19 Nov from 8-3pm. Tickets to the preview and fire sale events will be limited, so book now!

What is happening for Get Organised?
Celebrity Cocktail Party and Auction ($95 per person)

All our celerbrities and sponsors will join us for drinks and nibbles on the eve of the event where all celebrity items donated over the 3 months will be auctioned.

Bank of New Zealand Get Organised Auckland will be open to the public at the ASB Showgrounds from the 17th – 19th November 2006.

Friday 17th November: Preview Day 6 - 10pm ($25)
Saturday 18th November: Garage Sale 8am - 4pm
Sunday 19th November: Garage Sale 8am - 3pm
Sunday 19th November: Fire Sale 4-5.30pm

The preview day will be held on the 17th and will afford ticket holders the opportunity to be the first to rummage through the gleanings of three months of collecting.

At the end of the weekend, before we donate the leftover items to charity, we will re-open the doors for a fire sale, where everything will be PRICED TO SELL.
