The Black Seeds are very pleased to announce an 11 show nationwide tour to celebrate the release of their new album, Into the Dojo.
Renowned for their legendary live performances, The Black Seeds will take their full 8-piece band on the road in August, before heading off on their second European tour in September.
Recording of the new album began in May 2005, when the band once again converged on The Surgery studio in Newtown, Wellington. The next 12 months were spent balancing touring duties and side projects with writing and jamming new songs in the studio. The result of this year-long creative process is 13 tracks of The Black Seeds� most mature and accomplished music to date.
The release tour will see The Black Seeds perform songs from Into the Dojo live for the first time. Don�t miss this chance to see one of New Zealand�s finest live bands doing what they do best!
